walking pain

You know that cramping pain you get when you have just eaten and go for a run or swim ? The pain you get in the ribs? Well when I go fora walk I get that same pain in the pelvic area. Is that normal? It's not even long walks either like 10 mins. So painfully uncomfortable. I'm 28 weeks. But I've basically had this pain from 20 weeks until now. Even sometimes when I'm sleeping, if I turn to the other side too quick I get that pain in my stomach..is it just growing pains? Or what! I had an ultrasound on Friday so I'd assume if something was seriously wrong someone would have said something right??
