walking

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I work as a receptionist and do no walking what so ever. I'm going on my second pregnancy but I was wondering. Do you guys think it will make a difference if I start walking from now on every day so my labor can go alot smoother? Or is it too late for me already since I didn't walk in the beginning of my pregnancy.

It's never too late to start living a healthy lifestyle, and yes it will help you while in labor. It will also help you after pregnancy as well with getting your bod back.
