I'm 31 weeks when should I start to walk? You know some people say walking helps with labor

Walking is the best thing to do.during pregnancy , I've always walked but now @ 29 weeks I have to split my walks to 3 times a day, walking a shorter distance now. If you haven't walked I would take it slowly. ♡

You should have been walking every day for at least 20-30 minutes throughout your entire pregnancy.

You should walk and exercise every day of your pregnancy anyways. I've been walking at least 2 hours every day of my pregnancy, today I'm 40+5 and I walked 5 hours. It helps to get babys head engaged and with dilation/ cervix thinning. Staying fit will also help you get through labour. I also had no complications whatsoever so far and I honestly believe it's because I went for long walks every day.

I wouldn't try to induce labor at all until you are full term, 37 weeks. Walking is good for you during all your pregnancy, so hopefully you've already been doing some but don't start walking lots of miles just to induce.
