I am 32 weeks and baby has dropped is this something I should be concerned about
No it's normal around this time for baby to prepare for labor it will be a few more weeks before signs of or io set of labor occurs. Unless you have cramping/ contractions or experience bleed there is no concern its normal
Mine has dropped then moved back up several times so far so no u should be fine
