what does this mean
My stomach gets rock hard from 1 side and at the same time Im having lower back pain. It happenrened last Night for 1 hour I used to get it after every 4-6 mins and same thing is happening again now. What should I do? Im 38 weeks today.

My stomach gets hard on one side too, but the doc said it could just be her in there, which she is on that side. Im due tomorrow so its very confusing for me too!
Start timing them to see if there's a pattern. If there is it could be labor. Could also just be Braxton Hicks- those will be kind of irregular though. Try drinking some water. Braxton Hicks come on alot when you're dehydrated.
