Went 2 the doctors and I'm 28 weeks but I'm measuring 30 weeks dose that mean I'm going 2 have a big baby?

When they measure me with the tape measure i measure up 3 weeks behind, and my growth scans show he measures a bit small, in the 20 percentile, but i know ultrasounds aren't always accurate, my last son was supposed to be 5lb 7oz, but was 4lb 14oz! So maybe your bub might be a little bigger, or he could be right on target, i don't bother stressing about it now, as long as bub is healthy thats all that matters.

Are they measuring you with something like an ultrasound, or with that stupid tape measure. With my first, I the last ultrasound I got was the 20 week one and they thought my baby was going to be 10 lbs...but he was actually only 7.5 lbs.

I have u/s every week they say my baby is small but when my ob measure my belly it measures ahead ..

It may.just be fluid.if they keep getting measurements that are bigger they may send you for growth scan
