I am almost weeks. I am hurting all over. I wish I could just let things go and left my husband and family members help me do the house stuff n take care of my boys. But I am so use to doing and haven done my way and its so hard for me to ask for help. But it is getting to the point it is so hard to pick up my kids toys. And even grocery shopping. Any body feels the same. I need to learn to ask for help

I think it's probably extra difficult at this time because there's a major change coming and you're getting to the last stretch, a major stress on your nerves.
At this point, even if doing your regular stuff is difficult or nearly impossible, it's still something normal/routine to hold on to, and people tend to be comforted by anything routine when they know change is coming.
Hang in there, I'm sure you'll pull through just fine.
