worried kidney pain

I started having sharp stabbing pains in my right kidney about an hour ago it comes in waves. With my first pregnancy i had a lot of kidney issues. I am pretty scared its happening again. I go to the drs for an us tomorrow to check viability.  It should
Be ok to wait till then? I picked up cranberry juice concentrated.

Kidney stones I just have to let them pass. I had a hard time with kidney stones last time. Thank you ladies.

I've had a lot of kidney issues this pregnancy as well- It could very well be a UTI. Drink cranberry juice/take cranberry capsuls, stay away from sugars, and drink a ton of water to flush the bacteria out! If it doesn't help, antibiotics will get rid of the infection.

I would see your doc asap it sounds like a uti / kidney infection. Cranberry juice is good at helping to prevent a uti but won't help if you already have one. I had the same thing in my first pregnancy and doc said I was hours away from be admitted and induced at 30 weeks because I ignored it thinking it would go away. Had no idea it was a uti that had spread to my kidneys!! Thankfully the antibiotics fixed me!! Best wishes x
