I lost my first in feb of this year. I had no support except from my amazing boyfriend now I am pregnant and am about 8 weeks I worry too that I will miscarry again. But I've been trying to eat healthier and exercise and stay as positive as possible. To this day I still don't know why it happened just that baby wasn't developing right. Its not my fault and yes it was traumatic and I will never forget that day when I saw my baby pass through me. But we're never alone out there there's someone experiencing the same pain all we can do is hope for the best and be as positive as possible and remember not to worry unless your bleeding. I wish you the best of luck and try to not worry. (: everything happens for a reason (:

Definitely NOT alone!
No one understands what the loss of a baby at any stage does to you unless you have been there and done that.
You will worry throughout it's only natural but don't forget to take some time to enjoy the good stuff...
Having a prego buddy is fun too I'm lucky enough to have.2 cousins to be pregnant with :)
Good Luck & RELAX
Remember YOU GOT THIS!

I got pregnant again rite away after a horrible loss of my first pregnancy. Scared to death because I had zero symptoms during this pregnancy, but I'm currently 36+ weeks and everything has been flawless. My regular pregnancy issues started at 34 weeks with swollen feet, numb hands and sleep issues but they are just normal run of the mill pregnancy issu issues.Baby is 100% fine, I've only gained 15 lbs but I'm sure I'll be worried till the day I hold my little one my arms which is SOON! Be positive EVERYTHING is going to be ok :)
