Laying on my side and my heart beats faster..
Anyone have this issue? I lay on my side and my heart starts to beat faster kinda feels like it's working harder/ pumping faster. I sometimes get short of breath too.
Yeah I figured it was something to do with baby's position. I get scared and flip over immediately because I don't want to cut off any blood flow or something to baby.
My doc said it's likely cuz of baby's position, and to change how you're laying. So I would flip to my other side, or prop myself up more, and even deep breathing worked to slow it down.
Yes! The same thing happens to me and has been for some time. Im 32 weeks now and never really asked or heard of it happening to anyone else. Its like I can feel it in my chest when im in certain positions....unfortunately I don't have a reason/answer as to why it happens but youre not alone.
