Don't worry too much. It's normal. You don't realise how bad it feels until ur in it. Hopefully it will only last a month!

Thank you for your comments. I will give these all a try. I have been drinking plenty of water keeping myself hydrated but I feel horrendous and have no energy. I want to enjoy this experience  it its so hard to find the energy!!

I went through the same thing with my first one. I finally figured out that before I even lifted my head if I nibbled on a cracker or two I would feel better. Plus I would drink some water if I woke up to roll over

Keep crackers or dry cereal by your bed and as soon as you wake up take a couple bites. It helps me especially in the mornings and during the day.

Tru to eat a snack before going to bed. You will notice a difference. If you go to bed with empty stomach you get more morning sickness.  Hope this helps with you!
