Am I pregnant

Hi 6 years ago I wasn't detecting any urine or blood test and they kept saying negative finally after a few urine and two blood test (same day) I was going into surgery for my appendix and the second blood test showed positive. Now here I am gaining weight (10pds in a month) my stomach is forming I have back aches stomach tightening naseau cravings tired spotting two urine test positive and the rest negative abdominal pains and im always emotional but they are telling me I'm not pregnant I have every single cramp and symptom as the ones I had when I was pregnant with my son is this possible ? I did ultrasounds and bc it was a tech she wasn't allowed to discuss anything with me but when I saw it I instantly took pictures of it from my phone bc I saw a baby and a sac but my doctor says im not pregnant even when he didn't see the ultrasound pictures he only got a written report sent to him about my pelvic swelling . I don't know what to do or where to turn to for more answers but I don't want anything to go wrong if I am pregnant

If there was a baby and sac why would the ultrasound tech not report that to the dr? Also I've never had a tech not say anything to me or show me. Certainly get another opinion but it sounds more like a hysterical pregnancy to me to be honest.  Good luck though

Thank u im going today to do a bunch of test  but I  going to proceed as if I am im getting bigger I gained 12 PDs in a month and fit nothing

If you have had a positive test..even one..there must be hcg in ur body?this sounds awful for you being in limbo..i sometimes think we know our bodies far better than anybody else..i would do as says above and proceed as though you are deffo pregnant and take prenatel vits and avoid anything you shouldn't in pregnancy. I hope you find out definitively asap!!

Thank u im going to look into it im from troy area. Yea I bought a home test and those where the only ones that showed positive no doctors would detect though and sme thing happened with my son I was going into surgery when finally the swcond blood test came up positive

I'm not sure where you are or what locations there are but I think Planned Parenthood gives ultrasounds.. Not sure if you have to pay out of pocket, but it's been so long since I've been there. I know my pregnancy tests from the store only would say positive when I would take them with my morning pee that's most potent. You should be able to go to a doctor for a pregnancy test to confirm.  Good luck!

I went to the emergency room and they wouldn't do an ultrasound there either

If you believe you are pregnant, proceed as though you are. I would seek a second opinion from someone who isn't necessarily familiar with your situation. Just let them know you are having a lot of pregnancy signs, they will likely conduct and ultra sound in office and that should put your mind at ease.
