Am I pregnant???

Hi, I know that over already posted this but I would like more advice... first of all I'm 18... I have a very normal cycle... I missed my period this month... I had my last period on October 1 and was supposed to start again on the 29th and I never had my period... that makes me 15 days late now... I never miss a period and I haven't been under any stress at all... I have very sore breasts and I am very tired and am sick to my stomach after I eat and as soon as I get up but I never vomit... I have heartburn all day long and my lower back hurts all day long also. I have taken 4 pregnancy tests and they all come out negative... I just really don't know what to do at this point.. and also I have been having light cramps and I had some spotting after my period in September... so can someone help me out please :) thanks in advance!!!

I would go in and see yr dr and ask for a blood test. I would also get yr thyroid checked ! If u have hypothyroidism like I did that can stop your period. If yr scared to go in for a blood pregnancy test go in and ask for an all around blood test and u can always ask the tech for a pregnancy test to if u wanted but I would defiantly go in and seek getting yr thyroid tested. It can cause pregnancy symptoms when yr not. Good luck :)
