Am I pregnant?

I have been on the pill for years, very regular.  I already have two children. Last week I noticed symptoms uncommon with PMS, nausea, dizziness, constipation, then on day my period was due, pink when I wiped and then pink, red, then brown spotting for 3.5 days accompanied with cramping.  Nothing heavy, only needed a panti-liner.  I've experienced IB with my second pregnancy, but not the first.  Took a test this morning and it was negative.  However I just feel different.  My OB-Gyn's office said "light or missed period" is common on the pill.  However I feel like these other symptoms are not.
Any advice would be appreciated.

My oldest sister got pregnant on the pill with her first so its possible. Wait two weeks and take a test :)

I didn't miss pills, and yes its possible that its pill related.  I guess I need to just wait and see. ugh!

Did you miss any pills? Or take antibiotics?

You just get random estrogen surges that make you feel sick at any time.

That period sounds like what i got when i was on the pill
