Am I pregnant?

My boyfriend and I had sex on May 21st. On June 13th, I took a blood pregnancy test, it was negative. My period is two weeks late, and it doesn't seem is going to come early. How trustworthy is the blood pregnancy test? Can I get a false negative even three weeks after the posible conception?

Well, we really didn't have "sex". We were kissing, and I sat on his lap, but I was wearing really thin clothing, he was wearing blue-jeans; he didn't came or anything, but our genitals were touching through the clothes all the time. I am still a virgin. But I am afraid the spermatozoids could "travel" through our fluids or something, besides that, it was my fertile time of the month.

I know is a really dumb question, but I am really worried. I don't want to ruin my life with a baby at my twenties. Please, help. :(

1. A baby wont ruin your life..  and 2. No there is no possible way espically if he didn't come and you had clothes on
