Am I pregnant?

Hello there! :) I just wanted to ask a quick question. Umm....I'm 16 and I usually have my period every 4 weeks. For the past two years, my period has been very regular, however, my period's late, about 3 weeks late. I should mention that I had started to masturbate not too long ago. I would often use the showerhead, unfortunately the bathroom I used isn't exclusively mine. Is it possible that I could be pregnant if a guy masturbated with the same showerhead and I later used it unknowingly? I should also mention that I have not been sleeping well due to high levels of stress (due to school and family problems). Some nights I may get 2 hours or no hours of sleep for two days straight then the next I may have 14 hours of sleep and so on.  my appetite has been decreasing, although it doesn't affect my weight much since I am a tad overweight. I show no visible signs of pregnancy, but my missed period is freaking me out. Could I be pregnant or are these factors messing with my cycle? Thank you so much for your time, I appreciate it. :)

I'm not a doctor but no! For one whatever's left on the shower head is going to get washed away, u have to actually have sperm inserted inside you., stress can def mess with ur cycle. I would stop stressing and just try to get things in your life in order. If ur still concerned take another test in few weeks.
