Am I really pregnant...

I missed my period, which is usually regular, by 4 days. I went out and bought a few at home pregnancy tests. I tested one the night I bought them and within 30 seconds I could tell the test was positive. Then I tested the other early this morning to just see if maybe the one before was an error and this one would be accurate? Both came up positive. I haven't had any symptoms really besides light cramping on and off for the past week or so. Is this normal? Could my tests be wrong? Will I not know for sure untill I go to a doctors appointment?

i'd say your pregnant. how late is your period? i wouldn't worry about not noticing any symptoms if your not that far in. i didn't notice any symptoms until i was almost 5 weeks. and even now, at 6 weeks, the only symptoms i have is a little bit of nausea. id schedule a doctors appointment...
