Depo Provera screwing up my periods?

So I'm a 19 year old female who was on the Depo Provera shot from summer of 2013 until last November. The depo shot completely took away my periods and even when I quit it in November I didn't get a period until July 2nd of this year. This period was a pretty normal one. Lighter flow than I used to have and it lasted until the 6th of July. Since then I have not had a period. I have taken multiple pregnancy tests, and I always get a negative result. I always have protected sex. But today, I'm worried because my breasts are just a tad bit sore. I'm not sure if I might be pregnant and I just repeatedly get false negatives (you think that would be impossible, right?) OR I'm pregnant and my sore breasts are an early symptom. Seriously regretting getting the Depo Provera injection now.

Depo shot screwed y cycle up like crazy I  bled the whole three months a and then didn't have a period for a year and a half. I can take 18 months for your body to readjust after having it. That's why the doctors recommend stopping 18 months before you want to plan a family.
