Can anyone help? ? Missed periods but not pregnant

Hi I've began getting worried now as I have missed 3 periods in a row but I have done both home tests and urine pregnancy tests to my drs both came back negative
Does anyone know what is wrong with me?

Never Google haha it could just be hormones all out of wack. Stress could stop periods among other things. I'm sure there is nothing wrong with you. Good luck.

It is still possible that you are pregnant. . My first pregnancy was like that but unfortunately it was an ectopic pregnancy and didn't last ..try doing an ultrasound definitely you'll see just maybe the gestational sack...that did happen to me ..but I hope and pray you find out what's happening ASAP. .gd luck and may the Lord be with you
