Chest burns, white muscus plug, tired...

Hey ladies! Ok so I haven't tested myself yet, so if am pregnant or not only God knows. But I have had some of the symptoms linked to pregnancy, and now I get so tired though I go to bed early, I feel so weak in my whole body,  and I get chest burns, if I don't eat or if I run. I got sore nipples and rather don't play with them, I feel fatigue especially if I don't eat for a long period and lastly the bathroom has become my new buddy... What you ladies think?

Thanks for your care! I have an appointment on the 28th of this month to the gynecologist so I just want to wait until then. But I do feel pregnant, I have a daughter also. Just that her pregnancy is different from this one. :)
