Confusion on whether I'm pregnant or not.

Hi. Im a perfectly healthy 18 year old and haven't had my period for two months. I always have my period. Never missed it once. My breast are also EXTREMELY sensitive. They hurt all the time and not like normal pms. I've also been craving foods that aren't normal for me like sweets, mexican, and lemon juice. I've been getting sick a little as well. Ive gained weight and ive been having cramping. I cant even wear my wedding dress anymore. My fiancé has been telling me that I'm really moody lately but I don't notice. I've taken quite a few urine tests and they were All negative and two days ago I got a blood test and it wAs also negative. I don't believe there could be something wrong with me bc I'm healthy and I've never had any problems. So my question is what should I believe?? What should I do??
