Could I be Preggo

Hello!!! I have been ttc for 6 months now without success. My Gyno suggested that we have sex every other day during our ovulation week, and I bought an ovulation kit for LH surge.
I started to get a positive test two days ago for ovulation...I tested again this morning and I got another positive test...(test line darker then other line)...we've had sex all week and today I feel very crampy,,my lower back hurts, and I have been nasauous...could this possibly be signs of early preggo and has anyone else experianced this with any luck of turning out to be preggo??? Don't want to get my hopes up, but the cramps are pretty intense and lasting all day.

It would be WAY too early for it to be signs of pregnancy. The egg wouldn't haven't even implanted yet, and it's not till it's implanted that hCG starts being released and until those levels are high enough then you don't get pregnancy symptoms.
What you're feeling coincides with getting a positive test on an OPK, so it's most likely that those symptoms are you ovulating.

If you got a positive this morning, that means you're going to be ovulating within the next 12 hours or so, so have sex again tonight to make sure you've covered all bases. You won't be able to test for pregnancy until at leaast another 2 weeks.
