So im 7 days late on my period. I did take a home pregnancy test and it came up negative could i still be pregnant?

Hi lyssa, you definitely could be! I had a positive test today and am 13 days late. I took one only 6 days ago which said negative.  Good luck!! X

I agree with last post - blood test is the quickest way to know for sure. Don't be disheartened though with the negative I was 10 days late before I finally got my positive. Best of luck x

Yes. Take a blood test, blood carries most of the hormone that those home pregnancy test detect and you can detect it a lot sooner in blood than in urine. Your body has to be full of the hormone to start getting rid of it thru urine and thats when a home pregnancy test comes positive. Mu doctor explained this to me so either go for a blood test or wait a few days for your period or to take another home pregnancy test

Definitely possible. Did you take it when you first woke up? That is the best time as your urine is usually the most concentrated. Perhaps wait a few days and take it again when you first wake.
