HCG Level?

I had a tubaligation reversal Sept 6,2015. Experienced extreme hormonal changes throughout these last few months. Even had all of the symptoms of pregnancy with negative blood & urine tests. My fertility specialist gave me progesterone to kickstart an abnormal 3 month menstrual cycle to start me on Chlomid fertility med. Took Chlomid April 5-10.  Been extremely nauseous, gained a lot of weight with a lot of abdominal tightness & growth.  My breasts have doubled in size & sore with veins across chest. I'm tired all the time. All hpt are negative. Dr has run hcg on me twice before & told me they were negative. Took HCG blood test today & he told me that I was less than 5 result. He asked me to retest in a few weeks & said it was a maybe. Too soon to tell. When I was pregnant with my son years ago, urine & hpt didn't work on me. I was 2 1/2 months pregnant with him before I had a positive blood test to confirm pregnancy. Is it possible that history is repeating itself & that I might not get a positive until I'm 2 1/2 months pregnant again. I'm miserable with all symptoms of pregnancy. Could these symptoms be caused by the reversal surgery or the Chlomid med? I'm praying that I'm pregnant. I'm confused. Has anyone been through this? Any advice? IMG_2929.PNG
