Help me please??!

So I'm turning 13 this month and I'm a virgin. I've never had sex before. Let alone kiss a guy. So I skipped my period for two months. January and Febuary. My last period came in late march like around the 28th? And since Febuary, my uterus seems to be really swollen. I skipped my period in April. And my period hasn't came yet. Then recently, I've been having some pregnancy symptoms. For the last three days I was ovulating but today it stopped. I've been getting slightly nauseous I've been feeling really tired lately And my uterus has been swollen since Febuary! Can someone please tell me what's wrong?? Oh and I got my first period last year in may.

You need sex to become pregnant, so if you haven't it isn't possible. You're still young, your body is trying to work your hormones out and stabilize. This could take several years to occur. 'Pregnancy' symptoms are not tied to pregnancy alone. Nausea is a part of life, one we all deal with. Fatigue also will occur, many many times.

If you've never had sex then there's absolutely NO WAY you could be pregnant
