I'm wondering if I might be pregnant

If I am this will be my second child. My 1st is almost 4 so it's been awhile and I don't remember much of the begining from the first time around.

Anywho tell me what you think... The conception would be been about 2 weeks ago and last Friday I had really bad cramping (I thought ai was going to get my period) The cramping was felt all throughout the night. In the morning (Saturday) I woke up and had some spotting. But that was it. Nothing else and only light cramping that doesn't come much. And also nipple tenderness. I know it might be too early but I've taken a few pregnancy tests but they've been negative. So I guess what I'm wondering is, an I reading too much into this? I know this must sound silly but I'm hoping I am and, I don't know, I guess validation that what I'm feeling is real would be nice too lol
