Thank you so much, this puts my mind at rest for a bit. I do believe its me stressing about being pregnant that isn't letting my cycle to start so I'm going to try to relax a bit, any advice on how too?
That was would i thought was delaying my period because of me stressing out that i might be pregnant but i decided go calm down and destress and see if it comes.
If you had sex 4 weeks back then if you are pregnant normally it wd show in HPT.It is important to know that only pregnancy is not the cause of no period there are various other reasons of a missed/delayed period for example-hormonal imbalance, sudden change in weight, stress, illness etc etc etc.To know the exact cause you need to see your Doc.I dont think it is due to pregnancy.
Go and see your dr tell him/her your period is 2 weeks late but every test comes back -. If your not pregnant could be your cycle changing or if your stressed that'll stop your period.
Among other things, it could be stress, thyroid, a cyst, illness or a fluke cycle. Unless you are in a great deal of pain or have a prescription that you can't stop taking without a dr's OK, I would just focus on a healthy lifestyle for now (plenty of sleep, good diet, no booze/drugs, lots of water and moderate exercise) for the next couple weeks and see if your period comes on its own or you notice other symptoms. If you skip two periods in a row and your hpt still comes up -, then it's definitely time for the doc.
