Question about a possible pregnancy

Long story but here goes..
I was due my period on the 22nd march and it didnt arrive, didnt take a pregnancy test just in case. It didnt hadnt arrived by the sunday, by this time i was 6 days late. But around mid afternoon i started bleeding but it wasnt like my normal period. When i woke up the next morning i found a little bit of tissue. This bleeding lasted for about 3 days and then i had a brownish black discharge that lasted about a day.

Could i have miscarried? I am still feeling like im pregnant, feeling tired all the time, feeling sick, cant eat foods i used to like, heartburn and bloating. Could i have been carrying twins but only miscarried one?

Yes it sounds like you miscarried. Especially if tissue was being released. Did you have any cramping with this also?

I would get to your doc soon! If you did miscarry you want to make sure all tissue is removed so you don't get sick!
