Missed period, negative pregnancy test??

I have been off of the pill for 7 months after taking it for 7 years, my husband and I have been using condoms in the meantime until we are for sure ready to conceive, ever since I stopped taking the pill my cycle has been between 28-30 days exactly, I am now a week late, I have taken 2 home pregnancy tests and they both said negative. I really haven't had any other symptoms of pregnancy but some people have said it could be too early to tell. Has this happened to anyone else? like I said we have been using condoms every time and none have broke or anything...please help...Thanks!

It's possible you're pregnant but because slim just because you used condoms.  Your body may be having a wacky month or still adjusting to not being on the pill (which can take up to a year).  It might be a good idea to get a blood test done just to be sure.
