i didn't have a period so now I'm 3 days past my period with a BFN.. I've got a few symptoms but I'm not to worried. Should I continue testing or go to the dr or what?

Wait a while, I was 2weeks late and took a test and it came up negative but I continued to not get my period so I got a bit anxious again and took another pregnancy test when I was 3weeks late and it came back positive. I'm now 23weeks with twin boys :)
