Negative tests blood and urine but still no period

My last period started 17th July 2014. I was meant to come on on 14th August 2014 but nothing. I am now 18 days late. Done numerous urine tests all negative. So had a blood test done had the results and it was negative. I'm left wondering that the hell is going on.  

My current symptom are as follows:

Dizziness
Feeling sick
Feeling bloated
Peeing quite alot
Sore breasts
More sensitive then usual nipples
Stomach sometimes feels hard
Hips are killing me more than usual
Been having shooting pains up my right ankle for some strange reason
Back is hurting more than usual
Little bit of cramping down below not anywhere near as bad as I would have if I was coming on
Headaches


No idea what it is going on. My period are normally quite regular. The only time I have been this late before was when I found out I was pregnant with my daughter. So any help you can offer or suggestions would be very much appreciated

Thank you for replying. I did think about looking into getting an ultrasound. But I doubt I will be able to get one without a doctor's referral. And my doctor most probably wouldnt refer me for one as he didnt even want to give me a blood test to start with. Took me alot to get him to give me one as he was being horrible to me

You might be the type where the hormone doesnt show up right away. My only thought would be to get a ultrasound.
