Nervous... advice??

So I have a 7 month old baby boy.  He is a true blessing. Here recently I've been feeling a bit off.. (nauseous through the evening and night time.. dizzy.. weak) and I haven't taken my birth control (stupid I know) and I'm super nervous that I might be pregnant again. I'm a stay at home mom and my boyfriend works all day. I can't even remember what very early pregnancy symptoms are. Help?

My two middle ones are 11 months apart my daughter was only two months old when we got pregnant with our youngest son. I did not know I was unroll about 13 weeks I went to my ob and they did an ultrasound so when I left I just went and showed my parents first and they were happy but were not sure if it he was going to be ok because I have just had a baby and they did not know if my body could handle it which it was just fine he's a healthy three year old now:)

I took a test and it came back negative.. I'm thinking that it might be too early because these symptoms came out of no where:( how did you tell people you was expecting when your baby was 7 months?
