I've been having Nausea, heartburn,dizziness, boobs are very tender, I pee every 20 ,minutes, strange cravings, pains in the top of my stomach, and lower back pain. My period was only 2 days instead of the usual 5 days. After I had like a slimy thick mucus discharge. What could it be?
