Over two weeks late... could I be pregnant? I'm stressing.

I've been taking Alesse 28 for about a year now. I've never missed a withdrawal bleed until this month. I had some brown spotting on my third week into the pack, which turned red after two days, then back to brown. It lasted for a week and wasn't enough to fill a light panty lighter. When my period didn't show on the placebo pills, I'm wondering if this bleeding could have been a period?

Aware that this could also have been implantation bleeding, I took a help (first response) three days before the placebos, and it came back negative. I took two more tests, one when I was five days into the placebos, then when I was a week and a few days late. All came back negative, but now I'm starting to have other worrying symptoms. My boyfriend and I used the pull-out method a few times this month when we didn't have condoms, and I'm aware it's never one hundred percent effective.

My breasts are starting to look really strange. The areolas are swollen and puffy, slightly bigger, and my nipples are sensitive to the touch, and they are a bit more veiny. I'm aware that this can also be signs of a hormonal imbalance, but why would this show up now? I have uneven breasts, and one is two cup sizes bigger than the other, and the bigger one has been having most of the tingling pains. I had a noticeable increase in white discharge a few days into the horomone pills, but now it's back to normal.

Has anyone else gone through this? I went to the doctor a week after my missed period to get a blood test done, but with the health care system being crap, I haven't heard the results yet! The doctor didn't even give me a chance to ask him about my symptoms. I know how unaccuratel hpt's can be (the women in my family have tested negative until the second trimester! and also have very few pregnancy symptoms)

My areolas are so puffy today, and even brushing my nipples almost hurts. I'm trying to be as responsible as I can here, finding out asap if I'm pregnant or not, and I'm so frustrated! Even going to medical professionals isn't panning out. Walk-in won't see me until the blood test results come (they said I'd get results in two days... liars), and I can't get into my family doctor until December.

Has anybody else experienced something like this? Am I worrying over nothing?

Now, instead of my discharge being normal, it's white, thick, and sticky.
