Help plzz!

Hi there....

Am sure you all might have read many similar queries, but still I cant help asking !

Husband and I have been TTCing #1 since Dec 2009 unsuccessfully and I was d'xed with hyperinsulinemia and mild hypothyrodism in Feb 2011 and put on metformin and eltroxin. Husband does not have any problem. Other than that, I have joined a gym and eat a more sensible diet. My numbers (sugar, insulin & thyroid) are now in the normal ranges since June 2011 and Doc suggested TTCing naturally for 3 months. I have lost around 12 kgs (~ 26.45 pounds) since Feb 2011.

My periods are more or less regular, (longest cycle 33 days & shortest 24 days) with average of 28 days for the last 1 year. My last period was on 4th Aug 2011 and am still to get the next periods. Today I tested thrice with HPTs (sensitivity 20 mIU/ml), once with first morning urine and the other two within 3 hours of each other in the evening. Got a very faint pink line everytime!!!

Please tell me where do I stand??!! I know I know..... I need to wait until AF shows up or the next BFP..... but still I want to know your opinions and experiences !!!  I feel AF is coming.... but no sign as of now....

Thanksss in advance!
