Pink discharge and slight cramping 5 days after period?

Hi, my partner had her period on April 5th - 11th. On April 11th we had intercourse and the condom broke, but I am nowhere near ejaculation yet and we stopped. On April 15th and today (April 16th) approximately 5 days after the end of her period, my partner noticed pink discharge when she wiped. She also experienced slight cramping, she described it as similar as to the cramps she experienced during period. What could be the cause of this? Is she ovulating? Could there be a possibility of it being implantation bleeding? It is also important to note that she has had inadequate sleep for the past week due to work. Is this a factor that can cause the bleeding?
