Please answer, I could be overthinking but am I or am I not pregnant?

So me and my boyfriend has never done that act (together) before. I'm a virgin and I wanted to try (stupid, I know) so he tried to penetrate but couldn't and had to stop because I was in pain. His penis slipped off (He explained that it wasn't hard enough to penetrate that's why it "slipped off"--upwards rubbing against my pubes) so I guess this is the part I'm worried about because maybe his fluids came in contact with mine and that's a possibility? Anyways he was far from ejaculating when he put it in and he was completely sure he had no precum, but my period is two days late but I still feel cramps and my breasts are tender just like what I feel before and during my period (the usual symptoms) there were no signs of bleeding from "implantation" but I have been prone to getting dizzy--usually motion sickness from the car, but no morning sickness and I know it's too much for me to assume but is there a higher possibility that I am rather than I am not? Thank you

***I dunno if I can still edit this or answer some of your questions
****And I know I should take a test already or something but I would like to hear your thoughts, thanks!
*****It has been 3-4 weeks since my last period

It is doubtful you are pregnant.  If his penis was inside your vagina, even if flaccid, this can lead to pregnant.  If it was just outside, it can't.  I would suspect your period is on the way.  You also don't get symptoms of pregnancy this early--- so those are unrelated or related to PMS.  good luck
