Im a month post-partum & my husband & i were messing around yesterday & sorry if its tmi but he was rubbing his penis against my vagina & he put in it once but instantly took it out, we cant have another baby, well atleast not now. & sorry if it sounds like those other girls with the obvious but could i be pregnant? I dont know what to do please no bashing i feel horrible

Are you nursing?  I know that I didn't even have a regular cycle for a long time after giving birth due to nursing---  so wasn't ovulating.  When did you give birth and are you breast feeding?

Actually precum can get u pregnant especially if you are ovulating I got pregnant off precum but post partum I wouldnt be 100% sure but like doctors have always said unprotected sex has always the possibility of pregnancy....good luck

Biancaaghee like I said its rare to get pregnant from pre-*** if he was in you abit longs then theirs a possibility but its very rare every ones body is different no need to take a test if he just put it in and pulled out for like not even a second I don't know your worrying  me and my bf used to mess around like that  all the time but I didn't panic because he didn't acherly *** inside me

Until you're completely covered by a reliable form of birth control, whatever you choose (some don't have full effect until they've been in use for a month or so, some are fully effective right away - this is really important info to get from your doctor or midwife) you absolutely need to be using a barrier method. Condoms of course are the easiest to obtain and to use. Your body isn't ready for another pregnancy and obviously your family isn't either. You could possibly have gotten pregnant from that 'messing around', yes, absolutely. You can take Plan B since the incident was yesterday - there's a limited time window in which it's most effective though, so if that's something you want to consider you should do it right away. Make sure when you go in for your postpartum appointment that you tell your provider that it's possible you could be pregnant. And in the future, buy condoms and use them.

It is rare to get pregnant from pre-*** because if it wasn't then  everyone would get pregnant from it even then if he put it in and pulled out straight away then no need to worry my partner did this to me before and I didn't get pregnant .

To people that comment no an that it's rare. Lmaoo yes u can get pregnant  even if he pulls out. I'm pregnant with my second one because we had sex thinking I won't get pregnant if he pulls out. We were so wrong.

With my first they gave me a depo shot before I left hospital and then got the Lorena at check up

Biancaaghee you wont get pregnant and if you dont want another baby be careful and go to a walkin clinic and choose a conception before your 6weeks checkup because I dont think  they do conception i'd get somethink asap because its risky waiting and espeacially what happened yesterday could happen again

I know im more fertile after having a baby but ugh i feel so bummed. Yeah i have my 6 week check up in about a week or so so hopefully ill get birthcontrol that day.

If he did not *** inside of you then you will not be pregnant but it's very easy for you to get pregnant this soon after having a baby so be careful if I were you I'd get the mirena. I had it and it worked fine for 3 years then I had it taken out to get pregnant again. Got pregnant a month later and after I had my second decided to try pills. Now 5 months later I'm pregnant again so be careful and go for a birth control that's going to work really well.
