Pregnancy Symptoms After 24-48 hours of conception

I ovulated on April 4th. I have kept track by charting, at home ovulation tests, and checking my cervical mucous. My  husband and I tried all week especially on my peak days, Its around 24-48 hours after my ovulation and I have severe mood swings, nausea, backaches and breast tenderness. Is it possible to have symptoms this early or is it all in my head?

Actually, it's VERY rare to have symtoms that early but it is possible.. Or so i've read online. My cousin supposidly had symtoms that early but she also was trying to get pregnant and convinced herself she was having symtoms like every month.
