Confused. Please help?!

I'm on the pill and about 2 months ago I missed the first pill of the first week. Ever since my periods have been irregular I normally have a 5 day period bleeding the first three than spotting the last two. Well lately my periods last about 3 days and I only spot now. Last month the first day I bleed but it was lighter than normal then 2 day after I spotted. Over the last week or two I've been experiencing pregnancy symptoms like stomach cramps, feeling more tired than normal, lower back pain, super nauseous on and off every day and headaches that come and go everyday. I've been taking pregnancy tests here and there for the last month or two because I've had some symptoms that come and go every once in a while but this time I've had more symptoms that haven't really went away. So I took a test last Thursday morning and it said positive now out of the month or two that I've been testing this is the only positive I've ever got. I've used the same brand ever since I've been testing the brand I use is Clear Blue digital with the smart countdown. I didn't read the reviews of this tests until I got a positive result and the reviews were basically 50 good and 50 bad. I did two first response test that night and the next morning and both of those came back negative so that Friday I went to birthright and they tested my urine and it came back negative. The lady that was there at the time told me I could go get blood work done and there could be a chance that it could say positive if I feel like I am because the blood test would show the hormone better than their test. So I'm going to my doctor next Tuesday to get blood work done. Just to be 180% positive it is true or it isn't true. I just need some help. What do you guys think? I'm just a little confused because I feel like my body is telling me I am pregnant but only one test that I took said yes.
