Should I be worried

I have not had a period since April. All pregnancy test came out negative but I have all the symptoms of being pregnant. Today I started spotting then it started bleeding but it doesnt look like it usually does. Its a extremely pinkish, light red colour

Your hcg levels could be very low causing the tests to be negative if you are pregnant. Bc you have all the symptoms I recommend making a drs appoint for a blood pregnancy test. If you don't have a primary Dr or insurance you could schedule an appt with a free clinic. It could be your period, pms symptoms are very similar to pregnancy symptoms. But you want to be checked just to be sure
