Dollar store tests are just as accurate as many other more expensive tests, so as long as you take it correctly they should be accurate. If you are already 3 days late, take another test tomorrow morning. Are you still trying to get pregnant?

yeah I took one but I think I took it too early for a test to show positive it was a cheap $1 test that I took way before I missed my period I'm going to try again next week my period is now 3 days late

Have you taken a home pregnancy test yet? Symptoms are not reliable to go off of, so take a test to find out.

I think the last incident i misread the test and miscalculated my period but this time my period is really 2 days late I feel bloated and my nipples are becoming dark, I have something that looks like a form of milk coming from them I sleep all day( nothing new did the same thing with my first pregnancy) and I keep feeling cramps and I have an increase of vaginal secretions

You need to get on another form of birth control. You already have a young child and are in no position to have another one. Make a doctor's appointment and talk about all birth control options. Find out which one will work best for you and then start that one.
