No way i could be pregnant, right?

Ok I kinda new to this whole thing. I have 2 preteens already and got a tubal after my second child was born (9years ago). Over the past 2 years, I've taken multiple pregnancy tests when signs of pregnancy appear and come back positive, go to Dr and I'm not. 8 months ago, this happened again, I bought a fetal Doppler and heart the heartbeat, went to er immediately, they refused an ultrasound test after urine and blood said not pregnant. I started eating less walking more etc, to stay healthy. In past 6 weeks, I have missed my period yet again. My belly is incredibly big and rounded(I look like I'm 6 months along), my back constantly hurts, my hips feel like they're being pulled apart, I am craving and eating fish(which usually I'm super sensitive to and unable to eat), in more tired lately, and having extremely vivid dreams. Not to mention my clothes don't fit anymore. I wouldn't mind if I was pregnant, but know and fully understand the .001% chance if it happening.


Please help I don't know what is going on and I can't seem to get ER doctors to run tests to help diagnose what's going on.
