Is it possible that I'm pregnant?

Warning: I must get a little graphic with this story in order to make it more clear.
I have an ex that I still have feelings for. We hung out approximately a week and 2 days ago. Needless to say, we had sex, which was mainly unprotected, but he slipped on a condom a few times throughout it. I am not on birth control and never have been. When we first started off, he kept saying it felt like he was going to ejaculate, but I know he didn't. Later, though, he did actually ejaculate, but pulled out before he did so. So like I said, that was a week and 2 days ago. I'm just a little worried. I've heard that semen can cause cramping inside a woman, which I had for about 2-3 days afterward. But, of course, he had gotten pretty rough with me and was ramming it into my cervix, which may explain that pain. I don't know, a lot of people say you can't tell this early, but many also say you can. A few days after, my cheeks felt flushed and I was having major anxiety for no reason. I've been extra tired at work, and my stomach feels strange and empty all the time. Last night, I tried to eat some chicken, but I couldn't because it tasted weird/bad (chicken is my favorite food, by the way.) Also, I was just at a restaurant eating fries that I usually love, but I came to a point where I had to spit a piece out and run to the bathroom, because I felt like I was about to throw up from the texture. Food just hasn't been so appealing lately. My last period started around (not approximately) Oct. 4, and ended I believe the 13th. So...could I be pregnant? I've heard that you can indeed get pregnant, even if your partner pulls out.

Wait until you've missed your period then take a pregnancy test.
