What's going on now?

So, I've posted on here before about my period being two months late! Ive had four negative pts and one ultrasound which only proved negative as well. I've had blood a test taken 2 weeks ago and am going to view results tomorrow morning finally!! I'm concerned yet again as I have my period (well I thought)
First sighted Sat night (2nd of Feb) with spotting, hrs later clear discharge streaked with red and next morning heavy bleeding (which is y I thought it must be my period) so for almost three days I've had my period but now its stopped (5th of Feb) it finished with a blood clot the size of an egg maybe even bigger (sorry for detail lol) I'm worried I may be pregnant even though I've been bleeding which made me think I am on my period, I've read in some cases could have been a miscarriage? I don't know because I'm barely bleeding now.. Just confused and eventually I will find out tomorrow but I'm anxious and confused. I also know ill be asked to go back within a week or maybe two I'm not patient!


So sorry for the long explanation! But have any of you experienced this? Any advice or perhaps an answer as to why?

I'm sorry to any of you who have had a miscarriage or a bad experience with pregnancy..

If blood test was checking for pregnancy hormone it should show up even after you miscarry the hormone will still be there in small amounts for awhile. If it says yes then it sounds like you miscarried. Sometimes you can have a cyst wich will cause periods to stop but test to be negative because u aren't actually pregnant . Then they rupture an you bleed. Maybe you just have irregular periods. Even if hormone is too low to show on a test it will show n blood work so that's the only way to know if you miscarried or if you have a diffrent issue

I was 3 months pregnant before I found out I was pregnant due to thinking I was still having my period

Just additional info
My period is usually 5 days!
And bleeding has stopped at 3 days...
Wouldn't I have bled much more seeing as I was 2 months late prior to this experience? Please someone help
