I missed my period in October an I'm over a week late but during the week I had dull cramps. Now I'm having painful cramps and my nipps are sore. No period what's so ever. My cramps are very painful in the mornings.
I have irregular periods so I thought maybe it should be coming soon but I'm a lil worried and stressed...

as everyone knows you can get pregnant without birth control or condoms, how ever they are not 100% my sister got pregnant on the pill and the shot!! so everyone is different!! but you should take a test and if its postive see your doctor right away and if its negative make an appt. to see why your period hasnt came bc there are different reasons for missing your period and there could be something else going on.

If you're sexually active (especially without condoms or birth control) then yes you can be pregnant. You need to take a pregnancy test with first morning urine, or see your doctor and request blood work to check your hCG levels.
