am i pregnant?

Hi. I'm 18 years old and my period was suppossed to come on the 4th of June, so it is 9 days late now. I usually have regular periods, almost always comes on the 28th day of my cycle. I had sex on the 14th (a week before ovulation) and 28th of May (a week after ovulation), we used condoms. I had taken a pregnancy test last wednesday but it was negative (I assume if I had gotten pregnant the first time I had sex it would be positive by then), but could I be pregnant from the second time (20th day of cycle, 8 days before period was due)? I took a test just now and it was negative. Is it too soon for a test to show pregnancy?
I've been having some cramps since thursday and even though the test was negative today (maybe my urine was too diluted because I took it in the afternoon?) I'm still scared I might be pregnant due to my late period and cramps. Please help :(
