Help! I dunno what's happening? :(
Always irregular periods 28-33..sometimes it's 40 days! Just got my Pap smear on 7th Nov . My LMP was on 5th! Had spotting( mid cycle) on 18 Nov. Had unprotected for about 2-3
Days . On day 21 got period like pain, slight brownish discharge, continued for two days but now got spotting stringy mucus for past two days. Had unprotected sex on 25th day . On wiping with tissue saw streaks of red blood with colourless white fluid. Feel a lot of heat from body and feeling lightheadedness! What could be the case?

Prolonged cycles can sometimes be related to PCOS or insulin resistance. If you're serious about getting preg I you should try to manage your sugar intake and talk to your Dr about the possibility of PCOS. Sometimes metformin can help. Especially if you're struggling with weight gain.

It could be implantation bleeding. I would wait until missed period and test! Good luck and keep us posted
