Young With Early Pregnancy Symptoms??

i had unprotected sex about three weeks ago but he did not finish inside me. i am supposed to have my period a week ago but it hasn’t came. my periods have been extremely irregular in the past, even coming about 2-3 weeks late. but lately they have been on track which is why i’m nervous. i have a lot of the pregnancy symptoms, but they’re so similar to PMS that it’s hard to tell which it could be. my breast are tender, i have been waking in the middle of the night, remembering all my dreams, and my back is aching and sometimes my stomach will. i get these hot flashes but i read these can all be period symptoms as well? i’m going to take a test on the 10th day i just wanted some advice for now. i feel like once i read a symptom, it happens to me, so i could be making these up in my head? i don’t feel nauseous, fatigue, and my areolas are not darker.

Hi there.  Well, any time you have unprotected sex you have risked pregnancy because there is always a small amount of sperm emitted when thrusting into the vagina.  But it is not a huge risk.  :>))  And you have other reasons for why you may be late.  Reasons women are late include stress, illness, weight gain or loss, changes in routine, etc.  And you've had a couple of those!  Symptoms of early pregnancy can be just like PMS symptoms.  You are right about that too.  So, wait until that 10th day and then take the test.  Let us know what it says and try not to worry too much!
