could I still be pregnant

I haven't had a period since July24 that was the day I ended my last period my periods are always 28 days apart I tool a home pregnant. test it said Neg. So today I got a blood test done they I was neg but I'm like two weeks late an having some symptoms an don't no what to do I'm only 19 please give me an answer someone....all the doctor said was it might be to early to tell

You are very young, you need to make sure this is something you can do. Even after this child is born you aren't going to have the life you have now. You can't go out and party, you can't drink, drugs, nothing. It's very demanding, and you will be home a lot of the time doing nothing. Even as the child gets older you have to plan your outings around them-- not you and what you want.

You also need to make sure your relationship is stable. Many, MANY couples get torn apart when children are brought into the picture.

I'm gettin prenatales tomorrow an I did cut out drinking an drugs but It's so hard to stop smoking but I'm tryin to stop an thank you for talkin to me bc no mother isn't even talkin to me an my friends don't no what to say or do

You also need to be taking prenatal vitamins, as well as cutting out smoking, drinking and drugs if you do any of that.

Well my boyfriend an I want a baby but we arent  really tryin an I have been reading a lot of stories an I think I am pregnant so I'm eating right an not parting but yea I'm goin to go back next week an get another blood test

If you're already late, it's not too early to tell. You would be 5 weeks pregnant which means an ultrasound would also not likely show much. Wait a week and go back for a beta blood test. You need to find out what your hCG levels are. Are you trying to get pregnant?
